In this paper, according to the characteristics of low-power hardware design combination HiSilicon Hi3861V100 chip and Hi3516DV300 chip, which cooperates with a series peripherals, in order Blind guide that can recognize deal complex traffic conditions broadcasts dangerous situations surrounding environment time. At same time, it combines 4G module complete audio video data transmission one key for SOS function. After service gets device terminal unified processing management. On other side, APP links realize function information transfer, map positioning, real-time dibble seeding full-duplex intercom.
